The estate is located on a gated two acre private hillside overlooking Kaneohe Bay on the island of Oahu. The Hillside has a heated Swimming Pool with a spectacular view of the ocean, Hot Tubs, Basketball Court and a fully equipped Game Room. This unique property has three separate homes which you can rent separately or together. Once you drive through the gate, the first house you will encounter is the 3 bedroom Terrace. As you continue up the 600 foot driveway you will notice there are no other neighbors on the private hillside, other then the one bedroom Guest House and the 5 bedroom Villa, each designed to have privacy of their own.

You'll experience the best of both worlds: privacy and a central location. We are about 20 minutes from the Honolulu airport, 25 minutes from Waikiki and about an hour from the Polynesian Cultural Center and the North Shore.

We are located just a few minutes from one of the best beaches on the island of Oahu. Kailua is located on the windward coast of Oahu and has been ranked the number one US beach by Conde Nast travel magazine. The main draw of the beach is its unique shape and warm water. The two miles of white sandy beach and the trade winds make it ideal for surfing and boogie boarding and we supply all the beach gear you will need. There is also plenty of shopping and dining in Kailua.

Romantic Hawaii Weddings & Honeymoons

There are about twenty thousand weddings on the island of Oahu each year. Kailua Ocean View Estate has not only hosted many weddings at the Villa, but also families attending weddings in the affordable Terrace and Honeymooners in the romantic Guest House. We have enjoyed hosting the wedding parties, with members of both families and a few friends staying for a week. You'll enjoy staying as a group on the estate, there is lots to do and plenty of space to enjoy this special time together.

Rates, Discounts and Special Pricing

Sometimes it seems like everyone is interested in the same dates! We have low season and high season rates to compensate, as well as offering even lower rates for the leftover dates. The heated pool, hot tub, huge kitchen and lanai offer families a fabulous place to spend time together and enjoy Hawaii. The media room, game room with a Poker Table, and living room all have a great view and offer space to be together and space to be quiet. The rates are $649-695 per night. 1 Bedroom Guest House

The Guest House has a King Size bed in the bedroom and 2 futons in the living room making it a comfortable and beautiful vacation rental for a couple or small family.
