The Hillside Estate was built on gorgeous property overlooking Kaneohe Bay and the Yacht Club on the island of Oahu in Hawaii. The 3 homes on the private Drive can accomodate up to 25 guests comfortably. The Vacation Rentals are very private and are just a 5 minute drive from Kailua Beach. The estate includes plenty of parking for small weddings and Family Reunions. The Villa, Guest House and Terrace House have a total of nine bedrooms, eight full baths and two half baths.
The estate offers privacy and spectacular panoramic ocean views.
It is ideal for
small weddings, family gatherings and corporate retreats.
Our guests really enjoy the Basketball Court, the Game Room, the heated pool and the Hot Tubs. Our guests tell us it is like having your own private resort.

Our Vacation Rental has Everything You Need to have a Great time on your Vacation!

Guests have shared access to the Basketball Court and Game Room. The Game Room has a Pool Table, Ping-Pong table, Darts and Air Hockey. With the poker table and board games, we have a game for everyone!
We provide everything you need for your trip to the beach including beach chairs, boogie boards, skimmers, surf boards, snorkels, fins, umbrellas, coolers and Kayaks.

Rates
Sept 1 - June 15: $1,199 per night, $8,390 per week
June 15 - August 31 : 1,249 per night, $8,740 per week
Holidays: $1,350 per night, $9,450 per week.
All rates are for up to 20 people, 7 night minimum stay
$25 per night for additional people
Rates are subject to 11.96% state tax: Excise and Transient taxes.
Only one booking allowed per 30 days due to
zoning laws.

Payment
Reservation deposit of 30% of the total is required upon booking.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, personal checks and travelers checks.
The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to the booking date the reservation deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel your reservation within 60 days of the booking date you will not be refunded unless the house is re-rented, in which case you will be refunded for those nights re-booked. You have a year to reschedule your vacation.
Damage Deposit
There is a $1,500 refundable damage deposit.
Other Charges
There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $600. |

"My family had a wonderful time at the Estate. The patio was a great place to relax and watch the sailboats in the bay. The kids loved playing in the game room and swimming in the pool. My fiance' and I got married at a nearby church and we held a small reception at the house. The beautiful view and colorful flowers provided the perfect backdrop to our wedding photos. There were a few afternoon showers but it didn't pose a problem because the inside was roomy enough for all of our guests. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would love to come back and stay again.
