The Hillside Estate is on a private hillside just 5 minutes from Kailua Beach. Built in 1968, the previous owner helped dynamite out the hillside and spared no expense on the driveway. As you drive up the private drive you pass the 3 bedroom Terrace and head straight up to the Villa, Guest House and Garage/Game Room. The spectacular view is the first thing you notice as you park your car. As you stretch your legs, you notice there are no neighbors. You take a deep breath.
