Welcome to our 2000 square foot, vacation home. The Terrace was originally the caretakers home on this large 2 acre estate. Recently remodeled, the gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, new cabinets and new appliances. The Terrace has a combination of new style and original Hawaiian charm. You'll enjoy the view from all 3 lanai's and find enough space to be together or have a moment alone. It is an affordable family vacation house with something for everyone: a great view, hot tub, game room and central location.
We are conveniently located just 5 minutes from the best beach on Oahu, the beautiful 3 mile long Kailua Beach.
The Terrace offers privacy and a spectacular view. It is ideal for
families or groups of friends on a tropical vacation in Hawaii.
Guests have shared access to the Basketball Court and the game room. The Game Room has a Pool Table, Ping-Pong table, Foosball, Darts and Air Hockey.

TERRACE VACATION HOME INFORMATION
You'll have all the benefits of home while enjoying a tropical vacation on our hillside. |
With a Gourmet Kitchen, remodeled living room, Hot Tub and great view, you'll find the Terrace a tropical home away from home. We have Queen size beds in all 3 bedrooms, plus an airbed for flexible sleeping arrangements. The Lanai off the Master Bedroom offers a secluded spot to hang out--but all 3 decks have a great view. Enjoy coffee in the morning or supper off the grill outside enjoying the view and our hillside breezes.

Rates
Sept 1 - June 15 - : $295 per night, $2,065 per week.
June 16 - Aug 31: $349 per night, $2,443 per week.
Holidays are more.
All rates are for up to 6 people, $25 for additional people
Rates are subject to state excise (4.712%) and transient taxes (7.25%)
Only 1 booking allowed per 30 days according to zoning laws.
Payment
Reservation deposit of 30% of the total is required upon booking.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Traveler's checks, cashiers checks or money orders accepted, personal checks if received 30 days prior to arrival. Mastercard, Visa and American Express accepted.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to the booking date the reservation deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel your reservation within 60 days of the booking date you will not be refunded unless the house is re-rented, in which case you will be refunded for those nights re-booked. If we cannot rebook it, you may choose another time within a year.
Damage Deposit
There is a $500 refundable damage deposit.
Other Charges
There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $175. |
