The Villa offers "60's Executive Elegance", at its best. This is an affordable, luxurious, tropical vacation home you will enjoy. The 5000 square foot Villa has 5 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths with beautiful tile, chandeliers and plenty of room. The house is spacious for 10 people, but accomodates guests from the other 2 homes when a family is gathering on the estate. Luxury, privacy and fun awaits you.

The Kitchen opens up on the lanai overlooking the Pool. You'll enjoy panoramic views for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is plenty of room to enjoy poolside refreshments. For dining, there is seating for 12 inside and seating for 14 on the Lanai, outside.

The Villa offers privacy and a spectacular view. It is ideal for
small weddings, family gatherings and corporate retreats.

Guests have shared access to the Basketball Court and the Game Room. The Game Room has a Pool Table, Ping-Pong table, Foosball, Darts and Air Hockey.

KAILUA HILLSIDE VILLA INFORMATION

	You'll enjoy your vacation on our hillside, where there are light breezes, a beautiful view, refreshing pool and very relaxing Hot Tub!
Downstairs there is a formal dining room, Game Room with a Poker table, TV Room, Laundry room and a wheelchair accessible Bedroom and Bathroom. Upstairs there is the View Room with a Pillowtop Queensize bed which shares a Full Bath with the "Twins Room". There are 2 Bedrooms with King size beds and private bathrooms, but the Master Bath is particularly luxurious.

Rates
Sept 1 - June 15: $695 per night, $4,865 per week.
June 15 - Sept 1: $749 per night, $5,243 per week.
Holidays are typically enjoyed by extended families reserving the Estate.
All rates are for up to 10 people.
7 night minimum stay, 5 nights if it fits in the schedule.
Rates are subject to our state taxes: 7.25% transient and 4.712% excise fees.

Payment
Reservation deposit of 30% of the total is required upon booking.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Visa, Mastercard, Traveler's checks, cashiers checks, money orders accepted, personal checks if mailed 30 days prior to arrive.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to the booking date the reservation deposit will be refunded. If you cancel your reservation within 60 days of the booking date you will not be refunded unless the house is re-rented, in which case you will be refunded for those nights re-booked. In that case you can reschedule your vacation with us in the next year.

Security Deposit
There is a $1000 refundable damage deposit.

Other Charges
There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $350.
